At Neo Life Ventures, LLC we work to ensure every project meets the agreed specifications. Because our services involve custom-made and personalized products, this policy explains how we handle cancellations, refunds and claims.

1. Nature of the products and services

A large part of our services consists of made-to-order products personalized to the Client's specifications (apparel, packaging with custom designs, patches and custom finishes). By their nature, these products cannot be resold and, once production has started, are not eligible for return except in the cases set out in this policy.

2. Order cancellation

  • Before production starts: if you request cancellation before manufacturing begins, we will refund the amounts paid, less any costs already incurred (for example, samples, design or purchased materials).
  • Once production has started: it will not be possible to cancel the order or refund the amounts corresponding to production already underway, as these are personalized products.

3. Consultancy services

Advisory and consultancy services already provided are non-refundable. If a service has been contracted but not yet provided, you may request its cancellation and, where applicable, a refund of the portion not delivered.

4. Defective or non-conforming products

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If a product has manufacturing defects or does not match the approved specifications, you have 14 calendar days from receipt to notify us at info@neolifeventures.com, providing your order number and photographs of the issue.

Once the issue is verified, we will offer, at our discretion and depending on the case: replacement or correction of the product, or a refund of the corresponding amount.

5. Situations not covered

  • Minor variations in color, texture or finish inherent to manufacturing and printing processes.
  • Errors in files, designs or specifications approved by the Client before production.
  • Damage caused by improper use, storage or handling after delivery.
  • Delays attributable to carriers or force majeure.

6. Refund process and timelines

Approved refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase. The refund may take between 5 and 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

7. How to request a refund or file a claim

Write to us at info@neolifeventures.com stating your name, order number, reason for the request and, if applicable, photographs. We will reply as soon as possible to resolve your case.

Our commitment. Before any production we validate samples and specifications with you precisely to avoid issues. If something doesn't turn out as expected, we want to know and put it right.
